Donations being accepted for Southern Indiana tornado victims

Logan Street Signs & Banners will be accepting donations for tornado victims this Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the O.V. Winks building located at the Hamilton County 4-H Grounds , 2003 E. Pleasant St., Noblesville.  Alternatively, donations may be dropped off at City Hall anytime from now until noon on Friday.

All donations will be driven down on Saturday morning and delivered to a designated donation collection point in Charlestown. 

Donations of water; canned goods and other non-perishable food; toiletries (soap, hand sanitizer, toothbrushes and toothpaste, first aid items, etc.); paper towels and cleaning supplies; and baby items such as diapers are all being accepted.  No clothes, please. If you’d rather donate money, checks can be made payable to the Salvation Army with “Southern Indiana Tornado Victims” written in the memo line and 100 percent of the donated amount will go to the Indiana tornado victims.  Checks can also be dropped off at the O.V. Winks building Friday or at City Hall until noon Friday.
