Strawberry Butter

Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup strawberry preserves

Directions: Whip butter in bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in strawberry preserves. Return to refrigerator and allow butter to solidify. Serve with bread or biscuits.
