Mexican Bacon and Cheese Hors D’oeuvres

Filling: 4 ounces cream cheese; 1/2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese; 2 tablespoons diced green onion; 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced; 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper, diced; 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste; 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
Other ingredients: 2 large flour tortillas, 6 slices bacon

Directions: Mix all filling ingredients well. Spread filling over each tortilla. Tightly roll up tortillas to form a log. Wrap each tortilla with plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto baking sheet and set aside. Unwrap rolls from plastic wrap and trim off ends and discard. Slice rolls into eight slices. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around each piece, overlapping slightly. Secure the bacon to wraps with toothpicks. Bake for 30 minutes until the bacon is crisp. Remove from the oven. Arrange on a serving platter.
