The Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership held its seventh Dog Olympics in Broad Ripple May 19. The group, which serves Indianapolis, Fishers and the surrounding area, finds temporary and permanent homes for adoptable pets. One of their main objectives is to encourage future and current pet owners to provide happy and healthy homes for their companions.
