More than 570 participants in 38 teams participated in the 2012 Relay for Life of Carmel, held June 2-3 at Carmel High School Football Stadium.

The event raised $114,502, with $67,276 raised by top team “Remembering Tom.” The team was organized by the Tom Wood Automotive family as a tribute to founder Tom Wood, who passed away from cancer in February 2010.

A wrap-up meeting will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at IU Health North Hospital. For more information, visit www. relayforlife.org.
