InterContinental Hotels Group announced today that a newly renovated 171-room Holiday Inn in Indianapolis North/Carmel (251 East Pennsylvania Parkway, Indianapolis, IN 46280) opened July 13, 2012. The hotel was formerly a Four Points by Sheraton.
The property is part of the $1 billion Holiday Inn brand relaunch program. The Holiday Inn brand relaunch is the largest in the history of the hospitality industry, with more than 3,300 hotels around the world being updated. The global estate is expected to be relaunched by the end of 2015, and more than 1,800 hotels have been already been relaunched to date.
