The Carmel High School-based Carmel Area Roots and Shoots Club will host an “Anything with a Plug” recycling event Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the CHS stadium parking lot (northwest corner of 136th St. and Keystone Pkwy., west side of the stadium).
