Noblesville: International Belly Laugh Day

Learn the basics during a free improv comedy workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Nickel Plate Arts Campus, 107 S. Eighth St., Noblesville. Nickel Plate Arts partners and friends share jokes at their locations for the public to enjoy.
