Indiana Citizens’ Alliance for Transit is inviting advocates of mass transit from throughout the state to pack the Statehouse on Feb. 13 to show lawmakers their support.
“Whatever your motivation for supporting transit – access to jobs, freedom, lifestyle, the environment, health, social justice, or something else – this is the day to show up and let those who represent you know how you feel,” said Kim Irwin, ICAT coordinator. “Many legislators have said they’ll support transit if they hear from people who want it. Let’s make sure they hear us, loud and clear.”
