On Feb. 14, State Sen. Luke Kenley (R-Noblesville) congratulated former Noblesville School Superintendent and Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents Executive Director Dr. John Ellis at the Statehouse upon his retirement. Kenley offered Senate Concurrent Resolution 16 to recognize Ellis’ distinguished career of more than 30 years in school administration and his role in strengthening Indiana’s public education system.
