RE/MAX Ability Plus and RE/MAX Countryside combine forces in Lebanon – RE/MAX of Indiana is pleased to announce that RE/MAX Countryside has merged with RE/MAX Ability Plus to strengthen the real estate office in Lebanon and further expand into the Boone County market. The nine broker associates from RE/MAX Countryside will transition with the company and continue to serve their clients as RE/MAX Ability Plus from the office located at 2030 Indianapolis Avenue in Lebanon.
“With this merger, the top two offices in Lebanon have joined forces to better serve more families with more services,” said Jimmy Dulin, principal broker of RE/MAX Ability Plus. “Jim Rodgers and Heidi Wolff have been outstanding broker owners for many years, and I’m honored to continue their tradition.”
This will be the second RE/MAX Ability Plus office in Boone County. Dulin’s group also operates an office in Zionsville at 100 South 1ST Street. The addition of the Lebanon office brings the total number of RE/MAX Ability Plus agents to 130 with offices covering Carmel, Fishers and Broad Ripple.
According to Dulin, the broker associates from the Lebanon office achieved an average of 23 transactions per agent, more than seven times the national average of three transactions per agent. For 2012, RE/MAX Ability Plus and RE/MAX Countryside combined for 158 total transactions in Boone County.
Meanwhile, RE/MAX Ability Plus achieved significant growth over all its territories in 2012 with an increase of 52.5 percent in sales volume for Central Indiana.
