The city has closed 3rd Avenue Southwest Nov. 26 just south of the Palladium.
The road will be closed between American Way North and Gradle Drive for a box culvert installation and road repair.
The contractors of the Anderson Birkla project in Carmel City Center are installing the culvert to enclose the ditch along the south side of the site.
Access to American Way North from the north and to Gradle Drive from the south will remain available during this closure. The road is scheduled to re-open on Nov. 27 at noon.
