Letter: Good neighbor deserves credit for storm response

Editor,

Sunday, Jan. 5, a young man appeared out of nowhere with his snowblower. After helping our daughter, who was stuck at the end of our driveway, he proceeded to clear our driveway, which was already covered with several inches of snow. He declined our efforts to pay him. We insisted, he asked, “What are neighbors for?” And then he was gone into the darkness of the night. Other than “Troy,” we did not know him or where he lived. Good Samaritans reign! Thank you, Troy.
