The Monon Trail underneath the U.S. 31 bridge is going to be re-aligned to its temporary location starting Jan. 31 in preparation for the excavation and installation of the new pedestrian box culvert.
This should not affect pedestrian traffic, as the temporary path is already in place, and is ready for use, according to the City of Carmel Public Works Department.
