Scout Troop 131 held their fall Troop Court of Honor to recognize advancement and special awards earned since May. The troop is chartered by Carmel United Methodist Church and led by Scoutmaster Brad Buckhorn. A total of 126 merit badges were earned, 39 scouts advanced in rank and 34 special awards were given.
