Phyllis Baldwin, 88, of Noblesville, died Oct. 19, 2014 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. Born May 30, 1926 in Noblesville, she was the daughter of Lewis and Grace (Millderman) Mills.
She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
