Fishers Patrol Officers and Detectives are working around the clock collecting information and following up on leads. Chief of Police George Kehl is urging residents to maintain a high level of vigilance. We consider the person(s) responsible for Mr. Kim’s death to be very dangerous. Residents should take their personal safety very serious and implement certain safety precautions.

· Residents should be on high alert especially in unlit areas.

· Avoid using the trails and walking paths after dark.

· Have a cell phone and be ready to call 911 if they see suspicious activity.

· Lock doors and close garage doors.

Detectives have determined the “Person of Interest” was wearing a full face BMX style helmet on Saturday night. Witnesses also identified the person’s bike as a Trek Mountain Bike. Witnesses believe the helmet was green and the bike was dark gray or black. Pictures of the helmet and bike are attached. Anyone that knows someone that wears a similar helmet should call Detective Doug Baker at 317-595-3319 or the Hamilton County Dispatch Center at 317-773-1282.
