Kelly M. Knight, 43, of Noblesville, died Oct. 31, 2014 at Riverview Health. Born Nov. 23, 1970 in Monterey, Calif., she was the daughter of Donald and Jane (Howard) Day.

She did undergraduate work at Rice University with a major in French and English, and did graduate work in education at Santa Clara University. She was an elementary school teacher in Ridgecrest, Calif., and did substitute teaching in the Carmel Clay school system. She was her husband’s personal travel agent, where together, they traveled all over the world. She enjoyed scrap-booking with her friends; loved cooking; and was a voracious reader. She was very proud that she had been a contestant on the game show, Jeopardy.

Survivors include her parents; husband, Matt Knight; siblings, Dan Day, James Day, Julie Day Rotter and Conny Roeder; and eight nieces.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Nov. 5 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Rd., Noblesville, with the Rev. Neil Schaefer officiating. A gathering for friends and family will follow the service at the funeral home.
