Gary D. “Butch” Sylvester, 63, of Noblesville died Dec. 23, 2014 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on July 15, 1951 in Noblesville.
He was a maintenance worker at the Tree Top Resort in Gatlinburg, Tenn. He also worked as a welder for Beaver Concrete and Talbert’s Lumber Co. He loved hunting, fishing, archery, square dancing and enjoyed music and playing his guitar.
Survivors include his father, James O. Sylvester; mother, Elnora Conduff; and three step-children.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Sylvester; and brother, Timothy Wayne Sylvester.
Funeral services will be held at noon Dec. 30 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation from 10 a.m. to the time of service. Leon Daugherty will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
