Slower traffic has begun on Brooks School Road. Contractors will begin installing a timber guardrail on the west side of Brooks School Road between 116th Street and Fall Creek Road on Jan. 19. The guardrail will increase pedestrian and bicyclist safety when on the path. During installation, there will be lane restrictions along Brooks School Road and flaggers will be in the area directing traffic. If conditions are not safe, construction will be paused. Construction is slated for completion in 30 days.
