I read with interest and growing excitement the article in this week’s Current in Carmel about the two development companies joining forces to build apartments and condos in an area they are calling The Midtown West Development. Apartments are abundant in Carmel, but mid-priced condos are not. I will be eagerly awaiting further news on this project, such as start date and timeline. Hopefully we will soon have news of a condominium project that is designed for buyers who have more modest budgets, but who still want decent, low-maintenance housing.
