On Thursday, April 9th, 2015, around 6:20pm, Jackson D. Capelli (15 years old) arrived at the Carmel Police Department with his father (Anthony Capelli). Jackson D. Capelli appeared to be safe and uninjured. Officers verified his information and Capelli was released to his father’s care and custody.
