Clay Terrace in Carmel is about to acquire even more shopping and dining options. Corner Bakery Café and the Steinway Piano Gallery are both set to open at the end of this summer, providing customers with new ways to enjoy the outdoor mall for the duration of the season and beyond.

Clay Terrace general manager Jennifer Jones said that she is looking forward to the new additions and the fresh experiences they will bring to patrons.

“We are always striving and looking for new retail and dining options that give our customers exciting new experiences,” she said. “Steinway and Corner Bakery Café do just that.”

The Steinway Piano Gallery houses world-renowned quality pianos, attracting connoisseurs and amateur players from near and far. The gallery also retails Roland digital pianos and offers piano service, moving and lessons in the Meridian Music School.

The Corner Bakery Café first opened in downtown Chicago in 1991, and the Clay Terrace location will be the first in Indiana. The restaurant opens Aug. 10 and will feature an array of soups, salads, sandwiches, paninis, hot breakfasts and pastas for customers to enjoy.

The new Steinway gallery and café will be welcomed with fun and festivities.

“Corner Bakery Café is going to have a grand opening event on August 10, and Steinway will be providing music for multiple upcoming events, so I’m excited about both of those,” Jones said.

Clay Terrace is a great family destination for the summer and beyond, and these new additions heighten the draw.

“Between the stores and dining options, we really have a broad appeal,” Jones said. “It’s such a popular spot for family and friends to shop and dine and enjoy the experience together.”
