Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Aug. 28, road crews plan to perform work on the off-ramp from northbound U.S. 31 to Ind. 32 that will require several temporary stoppages of up to 15 minutes each. During these stoppages, drivers will be directed to use U.S. 31 and 196th Street.
