The Indiana Municipal Power Agency celebrated the conclusion of a yearlong construction project with the dedication of the Agency’s new conference center on Aug. 28. The new meeting facility in Carmel opened to a crowd of representatives from the Agency’s 60-member communities and with several local and state dignitaries present.
