Mayor John Ditslear and his wife Teri welcomed the who’s who of the city on Sept. 11 at the annual Noblesville Charity Ball at Mustard Seed Gardens. The fundraiser drew money from live ad silent auctions to benefit Janus Developmental Services, the Noblesville Youth Assistance Program and the Noblesville Firefighters Christmas Food & Toy Drive.
