The bets are on that the second coming will occur before the Monon tunnel north of 136th Street is lit. It is now going on at least three years that the tunnel has remained dark. Calls to the Monon Center along with calls to the mayor’s office have produced no results. Please, people, if for no other reason than safety’s sake, let’s get those lights activated!
