Police are searching for a suspect they believe is responsible for several vehicle break-ins in the Carmel area since Feb. 9. He has allegedly also used several of the victim’s stolen credit cards in Hamilton and Marion Counties.
The suspect is known to conceal his identity by wearing a hat and hoodie while committing the frauds.
