Curtis Rector, a Fishers resident and owner of Arbor Homes, is expanding his home building business into Kokomo.
Founded in 1994, Arbor Homes has built more than 11,000 Central Indiana homes. The company currently builds in Indianapolis, Fortville, Noblesville, Westfield, Greenwood, Lafayette, Avon, Camby, Franklin, Greenfield, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Marion and Shelbyville. In 2015, the company expanded to also offer lots for sale in Pendleton and Atlanta, Ind.
Arbor Homes will now build in Kokomo’s Fredrick Farms community, which has 28 available home sites.
“After another year of steady growth, we are excited to expand into this new market and look forward to meeting the needs of future home buyers in Kokomo,” Rector stated. “To meet the need of Indiana home buyers, we will continue to look to stay ahead of the market and expand in both land position and products.”
