On July 25, two local singers performing in the Hamilton County 4-H Fair Talent Show won the senior division grand championship. Peter Fulton, of Fishers, and Brielle Cowger, of Noblesville, won with their duet rendition of “Somewhere Out There” from the movie “An American Tail.” They will be representing Hamilton County at the Indiana State Fair Vocal Group Competition on Aug. 6 in the Farm Bureau Building.
