Shane Anthony Needham, 41, Carmel, died at home, from natural causes, Aug. 19. He was born Oct. 5, 1974, in Noblesville.
Shane was good-hearted and loved his children and family. He enjoyed working on cars, riding motorcycles, watching NASCAR (especially Dale Earnhardt Jr) and bonfires. He also loved to hunt, cook and play with his dogs.
He is survived by his father, Jack Eugene (Janet) Needham Jr., mother Sherry Lee Ward (Bob) Wilkey, wife Becky Needham, daughters Shelby Lynn (Cody) Faulkner and Brittany Nicole Needham, siblings David Needham, Jennifer Palmeri, Don (Jen) Abbott, Michelle Wilkey, Robbie (Audra) Wilkey and T.J. Wilkey, mother-in-law Janet (Bill) Smith, granddaughter Aubri Jolynn, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends, and his beloved dogs, Lily, Roxi and Brady.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Leon Ward, Roseanna (Ginder) Ward, Jack Eugene Needham, Mary Needham and Delores Wallace and uncles Rick and Rob Ward.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 23 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 4 p.m. Shane’s father, Jack Needham, will officiate, along with Louise Dunn.
