4 (2 oz. each) bison
2 slices American cheese
4 yeast rolls (mini rolls make these perfect for small patties)
1 onion ring
As needed kosher salt
Take 4 2 oz. portions of bison and roll into a ball; press the protein between palms to form a patty.
Sliders should be cooked at 375 degrees and should be medium well.
