Fusion Alliance moved its headquarter from Indianapolis to Carmel in March.
“Our diverse workforce constantly interacts with other employees and client teams to build solutions to complex business challenges. We wanted a modern, functional space that is conducive to this kind of collaboration and interaction, and the new office is a perfect match for our needs,” Doug Brown, CEO and co-founder of Fusion Alliance, statec in a press release.
Fusion helps companies embrace digital transformation to capitalize on market opportunities and address business issues by integrating data, digital, technology and cloud solutions to create value-driven experiences for its customers.
“Fusion Alliance is furthering our corporate commitment to the state of Indiana. We employ people who not only serve companies in Indiana, but also around the country and the world,” co-founder Tom Wood said. “Our new space in Carmel, with the ambiance of innovation and openness, will enable our employees to be more creative and thought-provoking.”
The new location features high-tech meeting spaces, extra work areas and quiet huddle rooms. According to Brown, a majority of the Fusion Alliance consultants work off-site with clients. The new space is designed to allow new ideas to take shape between remote and local teams.
“Fusion was named among the Best Places to Work in Indiana for eight years and among the top mid-size companies in Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces for nine years, and that’s part of why we chose this site,” Brown stated. “We strive to create a positive environment where we can all enjoy our jobs and each other. If we can make our employees’ lives easier, they, in turn, can better help our clients do great things for their own customers.”
The new Fusion Alliance headquarters is at 301 S. Pennsylvania Pkwy., Ste. 200.
