The Hamilton County Highway Dept., in conjunction with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and Hamilton County Emergency Management, has placed signs throughout the county in places what have flooded roadways or has the potential to do so.
On May 4, the county issued a yellow-level travel advisory cautioning drivers to take extra precaution when traveling on some roads throughout the county. Rainy conditions are expected to continue through May 6.
