Today, representatives from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Kroger, The Center for the Performing Arts and the City of Fishers gathered to announce Kroger as the title sponsor for the ISO’s Symphony on the Prairie, the outdoor concert series that takes place at Conner Prairie in Fishers.
In previous years, Marsh Supermarkets, which recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and is scheduled to close three Hamilton County stores this month, was the title sponsor.
Patrons of the symphony can purchase tickets at central Indiana Kroger locations or online at

The first performance for the symphony’s summer season with Kroger will be “Beethoven’s Fifth,” which is at 8 p.m. June 16 and 17.
