Traffic backups are expected near the intersection of 96th Street and Gray Road in Carmel as crews repair a damaged traffic signal. Police said an unknown vehicle struck the traffic signal at approximately 12:40 p.m. June 30. Temporary stops have been installed, and crews are working to repair the signals through the evening rush hour.
