Snapshot: FFD gives water-safety presentations

On July 21, Fishers Fire Dept. Capt. John Mehling and FFD Public Educator J.R. Noller took a trip to The Bristols neighborhood in Fishers to teach water safety. This year, three adults have died in Fishers in water-related accidents. In past years, FFD attended local schools to give the presentation without a pool. Now, FFD is visiting neighborhoods, apartment complexes and other spots with public pools to show first-hand how to save someone who is drowning.
