Mark Johnson’s weekly foray into awesome dining
Where to go: Copper Still Kitchen & Bar
Where it is: 917 Conner St., Noblesville
When it’s open: Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Sunday, noon to 1 a.m.
Mark’s take: Everyone has heard of that very cool corner pub with a laid-back vibe, great food, great great drinks, televisions for the big games and live music. Well, that cool corner pub can be found in downtown Noblesville!
Copper Still Kitchen & Bar is that place. Copper Still is the perfect place to go with family, friends or just to enjoy the game and relax with a craft beer. Copper Still delivers on all fronts! Visit on Friday or Saturday to hear great live music.
What to get: Copper Still offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and sides. For me, though, nothing compares to the half-pound cheeseburger. Eight ounces of delicious Black Angus chuck served on a toasted egg bun with your choice of cheddar, Swiss or blue cheese. Instead of chips or fries, how about tater tots? Wash it all down with your choice of one of the many craft beers. You’ll definitely be full when you leave, and you’ll absolutely want to return.
What’s the cost: Entrees $9 to $12
