Kathy Richardson has made our city, county and state proud over the past 26 years serving District 29 as Indiana state representative.
Kathy listened, she did her research and made the best decisions for District 29. The positive economic growth in the district over the 26 years of her service speaks for itself. Her impact has been immeasurable. She carried her local government experience to the Statehouse to ensure her district’s concerns were heard.
She also played a large part in engineering policy to bring elections into the electronic age, both on a local and statewide basis. The end result is the expansion of voting centers and making our voting process more efficient and accessible.
I’ve enjoyed working with Kathy on moving District 29 and Noblesville forward. She is a leader in all respects, and I greatly appreciate her friendship.
I will continue to support and work with Kathy as she seeks her new role as Hamilton County clerk. I know she will be a great servant leader in the clerk’s office providing the high quality of service Hamilton County residents are accustomed to.
