Snapshot: Boone County Judge visits elementary school

Indiana courts recognized the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, signed  Sept. 17, 1787, with a program that brings judges into schools. Forty-eight appellate and trial-court judges visited with nearly 3,000 students across the state during the month of September to celebrate Constitution Day. Matthew Kincaid, presiding judge of  Boone Superior Court I since 2002, visited Stonegate Elementary School Sept. 18. There were two sessions for approximately 100 students. (Submitted photo)
