Cornerstone Lutheran Fishers presents ‘Glory’

Cornerstone Lutheran presents Michael W. Smith’s “Glory” at 7 p.m. March 23 at Cornerstone Lutheran Fishers, 13450 E. 116th St. Carmel resident Josh Pedde, artistic director for the Indianapolis Children’s Choir and sirector of sanctuary music at CLC Fishers, directs the 32-person orchestra, led by pianist Dan Calabrese.

“Glory” is an instrumental work using thematic movements to illustrate Jesus’ death and resurrection, while also touching on a patriotic note.
“Cornerstone has presented some incredible concerts over the years and ‘Glory’ will be one of the best we’ve done,” Pedde stated in a release. “Our orchestra has done an amazing job coming together to perform these beautiful and moving pieces – it will be a remarkable night of music.”
No tickets are necessary, as the concert will have a free-will offering with all proceeds going to purchase Orff instruments for the CLC Fishers Children’s Choir.
