Carmel has been lauded by many publications over the years as No. 1. I believe in people in government power that act as if that is the case. Fred Glynn, Matt Milam and Tim Hannon will not beg businesses to come here with tax abatements, TIF-schemes or roundabout art paid with debt. They will instead prioritize and focus on ensuring city government does governmental things, rather than be used as a real estate development scheme to satisfy the unrequited SimCity dreams of the mayor and his cronies.
