Snapshot: Food festival benefits veterans with PTSD


Veterans 22, a nonprofit at Carmel High School focused on supporting veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder, partnered with the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Foundation and the National Guard to organize an international food festival May 11 at the CHS football stadium.
