Hamilton County celebrated the much anticipated opening of the Lowe’s Way extension project, which allows drivers on 146th Street to make a direct connection to Keystone Parkway southbound. The project included a new roundabout at the entrance to Lowe’s, two new bridges over Cook Creek and Keystone Parkway and connectivity to the Hagan-Burke Trail. (Photos by Ben Stout)
