On Aug. 7, the Fishers Police Dept., the Carmel Police Dept. and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Dept. arrested Sattore Cooper. Cooper allegedly committed several residential burglaries at area apartment complexes in multiple jurisdictions. Cooper, 36, Indianapolis, was charged with 3 counts of burglary, three counts of residential entry, attempted theft, two counts of theft and failure to return to lawful detention.
