Another business has announced plans to build at the Fishers District development at 116th Street and IKEA Way. The announcement for The Hot Room Yoga to join the tenant line up was made Aug. 22.
Fishers District is an 18-acre, mixed-use development owned and operated by Thompson Thrift Retail Group. It includes restaurants, retail, multi-family and a hotel.
“We’re excited to have The Hot Room Yoga studio as part of our retail mix at Fishers District,” TTRG Senior Leasing Representative Brandon Borah stated. “Fishers District promises to be more than just a culinary destination for the Fishers community, but a place where people can also enjoy services promoting a healthy lifestyle all in one convenient location.”
The Hot Room Yoga studio will occupy approximately 2,800 square feet of space below the multi-family residential building known as The Mark at Fishers District. The studio is expected to open next spring.
“At The Hot Room, we’ve curated the most effective hot yoga and hot Pilates classes so students can experience massive physical and mental transformations quickly and jumpstart their most powerful life, regardless of their fitness level,” owner and instructor Hye Jin Kalgaonkar stated. “We are beyond excited to expand our presence to the Fishers area and be a part of this growing community and beautiful development.”
The Hot Room was founded in 2013 and operates two studios in Indianapolis.
