The Village of WestClay Owners Association held its annual Fall Festival Oct. 6 on University Green. Festivities included bounce houses, knockerball, pony and hay rides, face painting, balloon animals, art activities, an art sale by Carmel Art in The Meeting House, a classic car show and shopping opportunities with nearby merchants and sponsor booths.
