On Dec. 6, residents gathered for the second official lighting of Lights Over Seminary, a display of the city’s historic and vintage holiday lights at Seminary Park in downtown Noblesville. The event, a partnership between the city and the Noblesville Preservation Alliance, was prefaced by a ribbon cutting under the park’s new gazebo, commemorating recent improvements to the park, which include new lighting and electrical upgrades, new benches, peony gardens, fencing, concrete and pathway improvements.
