THE CHALLENGE:
This home is in Carmel’s Grandin Hall neighborhood. The homeowners were eager to create a beautiful backyard oasis, including a new pool and covered pavilion to play host to friends and family. And to better accommodate their guests, they wanted more space inside by adding on an extra bathroom and mudroom.
THE SOLUTION:
The covered pavilion is large enough to offer plenty of room for an outdoor sitting area and dining area. The back of the building features an oversized storage room that can be accessed from the driveway via a garage door.- Custom privacy screening was added next to the driveway.
- The space features an outdoor kitchen and wall-mounted TV.
- The new guest bathroom and mudroom are immediately inside the home, so guests can quickly and easily access these areas from the outdoors.
