1.5 oz. Sipes’ Straight Bourbon Whiskey

.75 oz. ginger simple syrup

.5 oz. triple sec

Candied ginger

Directions:

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled bar shaker and cover and shake for 12 seconds, then double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
